Construction conditions

Remove oil, grease, and other contaminants by cleaning with an appropriate detergent.

Abrasive blasting to a minimum of Sa 2½.

During paint application, the substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point, and the ambient relative humidity must be below 85%.

It is recommended to apply the product at temperatures above 5°C, and the application surface must be clean and dry.

During construction and the drying process, vigorous ventilation is recommended.

At higher temperatures, a suitable amount of thinner may be added to prevent dry spraying.

During the curing of the paint film, it is recommended to maintain relative humidity within the range of 50–100%.
