Product Introduction
4360 is a high-performance chlorinated rubber topcoat formulated with chlorinated rubber, plasticizers, titanium dioxide, color pigments, additives, and solvents, offering excellent corrosion resistance and water resistance.
Application areas
It is suitable for use as a protective and decorative topcoat on the waterline, hull, superstructure of ships, as well as on steel structures in power plants, steel mills, ports, chemical plants, bridges, container terminals, hydraulic steel gates, factory buildings, the exterior walls of oil storage tanks, dry gas holders, and various other onshore steel structures.

Construction conditions
The primer must be completely dry. Remove all oil and debris from the paint film.
The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point, and the ambient relative humidity must be below 85%.
It is recommended to apply the product at temperatures above -10°C, and the application surface must be clean and dry.
During construction and the drying process, strong ventilation is recommended.
At higher temperatures, a suitable amount of thinner may be added to prevent dry spraying.

Paint film thickness
Non‑recommended dry film thicknesses may be used depending on the application and substrate; this will alter the coverage rate and affect drying time and recoat intervals. The standard dry film thickness per coat is 40–110 microns.
