4401 High-Temperature-Resistant Silicone Coating
Product Description
Product Introduction
4401 is a two-component, high-temperature-resistant silicone coating that, upon curing in ambient air, forms a hard film capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°C.
Application areas
It can be used as a long-lasting protective coating for hot pipelines, exhaust pipes, chimneys, and other high-temperature surfaces.

Construction conditions
Remove oil, grease, and other contaminants by cleaning with an appropriate detergent.
Abrasive blasting to a minimum of Sa 2½.
During paint application, the substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point, and the ambient relative humidity must be below 85%.
It is recommended to apply the product at temperatures above 5°C, and the application surface must be clean and dry.
During construction and the drying process, vigorous ventilation is recommended.
At higher temperatures, a suitable amount of thinner may be added to prevent dry spraying.
During the curing of the paint film, it is recommended to maintain relative humidity within the range of 50–100%.
