Product Description
Product Introduction
1361 is an anti-rust paint formulated with chlorinated rubber, iron oxide red and other anti-corrosion pigments, plasticizers, additives, and solvents, offering excellent corrosion protection and water resistance.
Application areas
It is suitable for rust prevention on ship bottoms, marine waterlines, offshore steel structures, and other steel structures.

Construction conditions
The primer coat should be completely dry.
Remove all oil stains and debris from the paint film.
The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point, and the ambient relative humidity must be below 85%.
It is recommended to apply the product at temperatures above -10°C, and the application surface must be clean and dry.
During construction and the drying process, vigorous ventilation is recommended.
At higher temperatures, a suitable amount of thinner may be added to prevent dry spraying.

Paint film thickness
It is recommended to apply two coats, with a dry film thickness of 150 μm. When using 615‑1 and 615‑2 aluminum‑powder chlorinated rubber anti‑rust paints as the primer, the total dry film thickness shall be no less than 240 μm.
Primer and topcoat: 615-1 or 615-2 aluminum‑powder chlorinated rubber anti‑rust paint, or 546 epoxy‑asphalt extra‑thick‑paste anti‑rust paint, or 846 epoxy‑asphalt thick‑paste anti‑rust paint.
