Product Description
Product Introduction
7591 is a high-performance, long‑lasting, self‑polishing antifouling paint formulated with acrylic resin as the binder, cuprous oxide as the primary antifouling agent, and various auxiliary additives. The resulting coating delivers outstanding antifouling performance, effectively preventing marine organisms from fouling the ship’s hull for an extended period, with an antifouling service life of 36 months or longer.
Application areas
It is suitable for use as an antifouling paint on marine structures such as ship hulls, piers, offshore platforms, navigation aids, and submerged steel gates to prevent the attachment and fouling of marine organisms.

Construction conditions
The substrate shall be clean and dry, and the application temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point to prevent condensation.
It is recommended to apply this product under conditions where the relative humidity is below 85%.
This product can be applied in environments as low as -10°C.
Ensure adequate ventilation during the drying process.
During maintenance, any residual self‑polishing or erodible antifouling paint must be removed with an appropriate cleaning agent to eliminate surface oils and other contaminants, followed by a thorough rinse with high‑pressure fresh water to remove poorly adherent saponified layers.
During maintenance, whether or not to apply a topcoat depends on the type and condition of the remaining antifouling paint.
