Product introduction
1361 is an antirust coating composed of chlorinated rubber, iron red and other antirust piaments,plasticizers,additives and solvents. lt has excellent corrosion and water resistance.
Recommended applications
It is suitable for rust prevention of ship bottom and corrosion prevention of ship waterline, offshore steel structure buildings and other steel structures.

Construction conditions
The previous coat should be completely dry.
Remove all oil stains and sundries on the paint film.
The substrate must have a temperature >3°C above the dewpoint. The environment should be <85%RH.
It is recommended to paint at above -10°c. The painting surfacemust be clean and dry.
It is recommended to maintain strong ventilation during paintingand drying.
In case of high temperature, diluent will be added appropriatelytoavoid dry spraying.

Film thickness
It is recommended to apply two coats with a dryfilm thickness of 150ym, When 615-1 or 615-2 aluminum powder chlorinatedrubber antirust coatings are used, the total dry film thickness should not be less than 240um.
Coating for the previous coat: 615-1 or 615-2 aluminum powder chlorinated rubber antirust coating, 546 epoxy asphaltultra-high-build antirust coating, or 846 epoxy asphalt high-build antirust coating.
