Product introduction
1360 is an antirust coating composed of chlorinated rubberplasticizer, aluminum powder and other antirust pigments,additives and solvents. lt has excellent corrosion and waterresistance.

 

Recommended applications
It is suitable for rust prevention of ship bottom and corrosionprevention of ship waterline, offshore steel structure buildingsand other steel structures.

Construction conditions

New steel: Sand blasting to Sa2.5 or grinding to St3 with anelastic grinding wheel.

Steel coated with shop primer: Derust the damaged films andrusted parts for the second time, and polish to St3 with anelastic grinding wheel.

Use welding, flame cutting or hot work to correct the burnedparts: Polish it to St3 with an elastic grinding wheel.

The substrate must have a temperature >3°C above the dewpoint.The environment should be <85%RH.

It is recommended to paint at above -10'c, The painting surfacemust be clean and dry.

It is recommended to maintain strong ventilation duringpainting and drying.

In case of high temperature, diluent will be added appropriately toavoid dry spraying.

Film thickness

It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats with a dry film thickness of 80-120um.

Coating for the previous coat: 702 epoxy zinc-rich workshop primer or 703 epoxy iron red workshop primer, 704 inorganiczinc silicate workshop primer, or directly coated on the steel surface that meets the rust removal quality requirements.
