Product Description
Product Introduction
Chlorinated EVA appears as yellow or pale‑yellow granules, exhibiting excellent softness and elasticity, along with good adhesion to other materials. It is soluble in solvents such as toluene and xylene, possesses rubber‑like elasticity, and demonstrates favorable solubility and flowability at room temperature. Furthermore, it offers outstanding weather resistance, resistance to thermal aging, chemical resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance, and flame retardancy.
Scope of Application
It is primarily used as a plasticizer for the production of flame-retardant, wear-resistant heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, high-grade adhesives, premium inks, and high‑end PVC films.
1. In the coatings sector, it can be widely used in marine paints, road marking paints, swimming pool paints, chemical equipment coatings, wood decorative finishes, and cement-based coatings.
2. As a binder, it is widely used in the ink, paint, and coating industries, particularly in composite inks, where it enhances ink adhesion to plastic films, resulting in vibrant colors and glossy, transparent prints on the film. It can also be formulated into adhesive tubes, used as a sheathing material for wires and cables, and employed in the production of synthetic leather shoe soles, among other applications.
