Product Description
Product Introduction
A two-component, moisture-curing, solvent-free epoxy wear‑resistant coating composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, titanium dioxide, color pigments, extender pigments, wear‑resistant aggregates, and special additives.
Characteristics
It can be applied in humid environments with a relative humidity of 75% or higher.
It is free of solvent evaporation and can be formulated into an ultra‑thick‑film epoxy wear‑resistant finish.
The paint film is tough and exhibits excellent physical properties, including strong adhesion, flexibility, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
It exhibits excellent alkali resistance.
It exhibits excellent water resistance and saltwater resistance.
It exhibits excellent oil resistance and chemical resistance.
It boasts excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
Its weather resistance is somewhat limited; after prolonged exposure to sunlight, the surface may develop slight chalking, affecting its appearance—though this has little impact on its protective performance.
Application areas
Suitable for coating in humid environments. It is used to provide long-term corrosion protection on the inner surfaces of cooling water pipes, crude oil pipelines, pressure conduits in hydropower stations, steel piles at docks, bridges, sluice gates, and feed chutes for ore and coal—where exposure to corrosive media and erosive flow is present.
Appearance
Gray or customer-specified color
