4215 Solvent-Free Epoxy Coating
Product Description
Product Introduction
The Kaiming brand epoxy paint 4215 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating. After curing, the resulting film is tough and abrasion-resistant, with excellent water resistance and anti-corrosion properties.
Application fields
It can be used as a self-contained primer for potable water tanks and pipeline linings. As a coating with excellent corrosion resistance and water resistance, it is also commonly employed in other harsh corrosive environments that demand high abrasion resistance.

Construction conditions
New steel: Blast-cleaned to Sa2.5 grade, with a surface roughness of Medium (G) (ISO 8503-2).
Steel coated with shop primer: Use light sweeping sandblasting or grind the rusted areas with an elastic grinding wheel to reach St3 grade.
Welding, flame cutting, or hot-working correction of burnt areas: Remove weld slag and spatter, smooth the surface, and then grind to St3 grade using an elastic grinding wheel.
The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point, and the ambient relative humidity must be below 85%.
Use this product only under conditions where construction and curing can proceed normally at temperatures above 10℃. The surface to be coated must be clean and dry.
