Product Introduction
1. The discharge system combines a centrifugal turbine with an annular-slot screen ring, resulting in increased production capacity—approximately 20% higher than that of conventional dynamic discharge structures.
2. Optimized structure: the discharge screen ring can be cleaned without dismantling the dispersion plate, and the service life of the discharge assembly has been significantly extended.
3. An integrated double‑ended mechanical seal is employed, significantly extending the service life of the seal while enhancing its stability, making it particularly well suited for grinding various water‑based materials.
4. The grinding chamber can be made from a variety of materials;
5. Employ a helical flow guide channel for forced cooling, supplemented by end-cap cooling.
