Chlorinated polypropylene is the primary raw material for producing BOPP film composite inks.
Chlorinated Polypropylene Resin CPP
(1) Chlorinated polypropylene is the primary raw material for producing BOPP film composite inks.
(2) Chlorinated polypropylene can be used as an adhesive for BOPP films and papers, and also as a primary raw material for the production of other adhesives.
(3) Chlorinated polypropylene exhibits excellent colloidal properties and gloss, making it suitable as a solution coating for polypropylene injection molding.
Use of chlorinated polypropylene resin:
1. Chlorinated polypropylene is primarily used as a raw material for producing composite inks for BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film.
2. Chlorinated polypropylene can be used as an adhesive for BOPP films and papers; it can also serve as the inner coating for pressure-sensitive tapes made from BOPP films; furthermore, it can be employed as the primary resin in other adhesives.
3. Chlorinated polypropylene exhibits excellent colloidal properties and gloss, and is widely used as an injection coating for polypropylene and as a coating for BOPP films.
4. Use of the Ink: The performance of chlorinated polypropylene is related to its degree of chlorination and viscosity; therefore, its applications vary accordingly. It is recommended that this product be used under the guidance of an engineer.
Generally, the product is first dissolved in a solvent to prepare a solution containing 20% of the product.
